| This web site started back in August of 2001 as a place for my wife's cats. She raised and showed Burmese cats as a hobby. Her mother showed Siamese, and that is how she got started. Sometime in the late 1990's, my wife decided to split from her mother's cattery name and created Emburrs Cattery. I got the chance to create her first web site in 01 when I was introduced to web development from a close friend of mine. | ||||
| A while ago my wife decided to get "out of showing cats" and the remaining cats she has will live their lives out in leisure. These cats are treated very well as they still live in the "cattery" and continue to receive the same care as their show days. | ||||
| This web site will probably remain active for a few more years and then retire as well. Since I used to do web development services, it will act as a place where I can advertise my work. | ||||
