This is the first rate increase in 6 years
 

    
 

Web Design:  Any number of pages possible based on your needs.  Larger Projects (11+ pages) are done on a bid basis.  Reminder: All rates are one-time charges.

  • Basic Design (no frills) 1 pg - $80      4 pgs - $210    10 pgs - $450

Each page 300 words or less, up to three pictures you provide, email setup, simple customized design, one link to another website, one email contact.

  
         
 

Website hosting:  Hosting done thru Zipcon in Seattle, ranging $10.00-25.00/month (based on current rates).

  
         
 

Domain Name Registration:  Registrations thru GoDaddy and placed under your account (I only charge whatever GoDaddy charges me). If placed under my account I charge an additional $25.00 per 2 year registration ($50 for a 4 year registration). Prices subject to change based on domain name registration costs.   I highly advise to create your own GoDaddy account and place it there as any domain name placed under my account; I am considered the owner of that domain name no matter who paid for it.

 
         
 

Monthly Maintenance Plan:  Not required but may include:

    1. 30 minutes of administration (changes to text, photos, etc.), trouble-shooting and repair of problems. Additional time billed at $25/hour ($0.42/minute)

    2. Monthly submission to the most search engines.  (This feature is given only if requested).

    3. Monthly Rates:  $25 under 10 pages,  $30 for 10 - 15 pages, 16+ pgs, see me for details.  Payable monthly.

 
 

 

 

    
 

Graphics Design:  Basic logo design - $50.  Detailed design – bid on $25 per hour.

  
         
 

Printed Material:  Plain paper/matte paper/card stock - $2.00 per page.  Photo quality paper - $3.00 per page.  Prices based on 8.5x11 paper.  Postage to mail to you extra (current postal rates).

  
         
 

Anything else that is not listed above, are not included and are billed on a time and materials basis at $25 per hour.  Please contact me for details.
